Membership dues
For a membership refund request, contact info@fhba.site with your name, payment date, amount, transaction reference, and reason for the request. Eligibility and treatment of benefits already used depend on the terms applicable to your transaction. This page does not promise an automatic refund or impose a blanket non-refundable condition.
Contributions, events, and sponsorships
These payment types have different purposes and may carry different terms. Applicable refund conditions must be provided for the specific transaction before payment is enabled. No event or sponsorship refund deadline is stated or promised here.
Payment errors
If you believe a payment has been made in error or duplicated in connection with the association, retain the receipt and write with the payment date, amount, and transaction reference. Do not provide a full card number or security code.
Processing
No refund processing timeframe is promised by this website. A transaction-specific response must identify the applicable terms and any further information needed.
